** Select Custom Design if you want to use your own artwork and have a specific design change.
2. For Design Options 7 through 12 that have customizable text, enter your text in the form that appears upon going to checkout.
3. Please note in the form for any special instructions

Custom Design Options- provide your own Art Work
If you selected Custom Design, please send us an email with the attached artwork. Black and white artwork works best in vector format but we can convert most file formats. You can message us before your order if you have any questions or want to see what it will look like before purchasing.
