2. A form will appear when you go to checkout, fill out any relevant information such as custom text or any special instructions.

Custom Design Options- provide your own Art Work
If you selected Custom Design, please send us an email with the attached artwork. Black and white artwork works best in vector format but we can convert most file formats. You can message us before your order if you have any questions or want to see what it will look like before purchasing.
